Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Photo proof of the damage or incorrect item is required.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our side.

Warranty (New Boards Only)
All new SUP boards come with a 3-month manufacturer warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Damage from exposure to heat or direct sunlight
• Damage caused by third-party shipping services

Used Boards
Used or second-hand boards are sold as-is and are not covered by warranty or eligible for returns.
