To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Photo proof of the damage or incorrect item is required.

All new SUP boards come with a 3-month manufacturer warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Damage from exposure to heat or direct sunlight
- Damage caused by third-party shipping services
Used Boards
Used or second-hand boards are sold as-is and are not covered by warranty or eligible for returns.
